We are seeking enthusiastic candidates wanting to learn artisan chocolate making and build their overall pastry skills in a collaborative state of the art pastry kitchen. We focus on creating the perfect combination of texture, intense flavors, and delight to our guests at various food outlets and differing events across the property.
As the Properties Chocolatier, you will work with the Executive Pastry Chef to produce the highest quality, hand-made chocolate bars and confections and creatively developing other products including dessert sauces, drinking chocolates and more.
