The recently revealed project marks the first expansion of the Chandler property since it originally opened doors in 2009. It will be 150 feet tall and will feature 205 guest rooms, bringing the resort’s total to 447. The expansion project will include a new 11-story hotel tower that will be connected to the property’s existing hotel.
